A: Have the mouse turned off, plug in the USB receiver into your PC, and then turn on the mouse and immediately hold down the right click button and the scroll wheel at the same time for 10 seconds

Q: The scroll wheel on the mouse is not working

A: For wireless models, please try a reset, unplug the USB receiver and insert it back in and immediately hold down the right click button and scroll wheel at the same time for 10 seconds For wired models, please try uninstalling the mouse through the Device Manager, then unplug the mouse and plug it back in
