We’re seeking an experienced & driven Country Manager/Business Development Manager to help grow sales for the Adesso brand in the UK and European Regions. This position will play a vital role in our expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales and profitability for existing accounts
  • Identify new & profitable opportunities and to improve the P&L of our business across the Commercial and Retail Supply Chain.
  • Continuous review of competitors to identify best practices and areas in need of attention.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3+ years experience as a Business Development Manager or Country Sales Manager.

As Product Manager, you’ll be responsible in website design and maintenance, Content creation, graphic design, copy writing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) throughout the product life cycle

Responsibilities

  • SEO/SEM: Direct and carry out SEO and SEM initiatives, supporting all company websites. Conduct keyword research, Review technical SEO issues and fix
  • Optimize website and e commerce plate form content, landing, Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
  • Develop and manage content, design, layout for the site using current web technologies
  • Edit and create graphics and video assets for marketing and corporate communications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management working directly with engineering, design, and product marketing teams
  • Familiar with Amazon, Walmart and third-party marketplaces
  • Previous experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer experience with CMS, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, JAVA is a plus

We’re seeking a Amazon Sales Manager/E-commerce Manager to optimize and grow sales for our brands on Amazon and other marketplaces. The Brand Manager will manage and drive success for our brands and leverage key learnings/feedback to improve the Amazon experience for Brands and Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales and profitability for existing digital accounts (Amazon FBA, eBay, Newegg, Walmart, and all other relative marketplaces.)
  • Identify new & profitable opportunities to improve the P&L of our Amazon business across Commercial and Supply Chain opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Attract and hire top sales talent; lead and mentor high-performing sales team
  • Set sales goals and targets, as well as a replicable playbook for scaling quickly in new markets

Warehouse /Shipping and Receiving (Location: Walnut, CA )

 

Job Summary / Who You Are

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for completing the day to day tasks in the warehouse Departments.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments from freight forwarding companies. Process any related paperwork
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, determining safe ways of stacking items on the truck, and retrieving items in a safe manner
  • Operate all available online and manual shipping systems of all the various shipping vendors.
  • Track, modify, and expedite shipments upon request.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Invoicing
  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Maintain adequate internal controls within the accounting processes to ensure well documented, accurate and timely financial reporting.

RMA Specialist/ Tech Support (Location: Walnut, CA )

The RMA Specialist is responsible in receiving and sending RMA parts to customers, maintaining a clear and orderly warehouse appearance, and performing quarterly inventory.

RMA

  • Respond to external and internal customer inquiries regarding technical support of computer products.
  • Troubleshoot and assist in identifying any potential issues that prevents items from being restocked.

  • Identify, troubleshoot and repair any issues prior to releasing any product to the restock department.

OEM Sales with matrix reporting to President, USA Global Sales, this position will have full responsibility for Enterprise sales OEM customers to carry the responsibility of developing new business opportunities without losing the focus on our existing OEM customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategic sales plans that drive both new and existing account revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all are working towards the target customer account’s business strategy – measured by regular meetings to discuss opportunities, the client’s business and discuss and refine the account
  • Relay customer and consumer feedback to inner teams, i.e., R&D, Production, Quality, etc.
  • Ensure appropriate resolution of customer service issues; empower effective sales and customer service interactions that results in high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
