1. What is the status of my rebate?
You may check the status of your rebate at our web-site: Adesso Rebate Status Page
If however you are unable to view your status, please e-mail rebate@adesso.com with the following information: Name, Zip Code and Phone Number.

2. I have thrown the box away. Can I still apply for the rebate without the original proof-of- purchase?
No. Rebates will not be paid without the proof-of-purchase.

3. Why can't Adesso deliver a check to a P.O. box?
P.O. Boxes are not acceptable due to fraud considerations.

4. I have only one cash register receipt. Does it need to go several places?
For your rebate submission, please send a photocopy of the entire cash register receipt indicating the date of purchase, name of retailer, and model number of product.

5. Who do I call for answers to Technical Support or Warranty questions?
Please visit the Customer Support section of our website.

6. What happens if I do not receive my rebate check after 10-12 weeks?
We request that you wait a full 12 weeks before contacting us concerning your rebate submission in order to allow sufficient processing time. However, if you have not received a response after 12 weeks, then please notify us via e-mail at rebate@adess.com.

7. What if I do not cash my check prior to the deadline printed on the rebate certificate form?
The check must be cashed prior to the date specified on the check. Failure to do so will be deemed a rejection of the offer and will void the rebate.

8. Can I check the status of my rebate online?
Yes. Check the status of your rebate at our Rebate Status Page.

9. What is the deadline for sending in your Rebate Application Form?
Your completed Rebate Application Form along with a copy of your packing slip must be postmarked by the required postmark date listed on your qualifying system rebate form.

10. What is a UPC code?
A UPC code is a unique bar code that is located on the box of the product you purchased. However, some merchandise may have several different bar codes located on the box. If you are not sure which one to send, please ask someone at the store where the purchase was made.
